Introduction to Digital Retailing
DRTL 2090: The purpose of this course is to survey the importance of digital merchandising and its application to consumer products and services for B2B and business to consumer. Introduction to basic e-commerce terminology, theory, and career opportunities.
The capstone project for this course was to conduct an in-depth analysis of 3 existing retailers with particular note on any electronic means, including a company website or mobile marketing techniques. All aspects of the digital channel were examined and critiqued based on well-researched findings with improvements, suggestions, and updates.
